Northern Virginia Rides
NV Rides is a network of service providers aiming to enhance and improve volunteer assisted transportation throughout Northern Virginia. This community-wide initiative aims to serve more non-driving older adults so that they can get where they need to go at no cost. Having accessible and dependable transportation readily available will help our community’s older adults remain independent, and ensure that they can age in place for as long as possible.

Arlington (VA) Chamber of Commerce

Chamber of Commerce of McLean, VA
Ranked as one of the Top 20 Chambers in the Metropolitan Region, the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce enhances the local business community by giving professionals an opportunity to get connected. The organization received the Fairfax County Office of Public Private Partnerships’ 2011 Chamber of Commerce Community Connector Award.

Falls Church Chamber of Commerce
It is a dynamic, thriving community with a small town feel in the midst of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The community is home to a number of unique shopping experiences, regionally known restaurants, top-notch professional services, a number of nonprofit organizations and some of the best schools in the country. Residents are highly educated and have the highest median income in the country, making Falls Church an ideal location for both established and new businesses.

Volunteer Arlington
Volunteer Arlington is one of the four main offerings of Leadership Center for Excellence, whose mission is to enlighten, inspire and connect leaders through community building and leadership development. In 2016, Leadership Center for Excellence was awarded the contract for Volunteer Arlington by the Arlington County Government. Volunteer Arlington connects individuals, groups, nonprofits and businesses in an effort to promote volunteerism. It is the connection hub that links volunteers both as individuals and groups to organizations in need of support. Working in partnership with nonprofits, private businesses and government entities, Volunteer Arlington inspires civic engagement that in turn strengthens the community.

Volunteer Fairfax
For 40 years, Volunteer Fairfax has been the heart of volunteering in Fairfax County. With a personal touch, the Center matches the skills and interests of volunteers and donors to the needs of local nonprofit organizations, helping to build a better community through service. Through a variety of programs and services, Volunteer Fairfax strengthens the capacity of its nonprofit members and offers meaningful volunteer opportunities for local citizens.
